Rosh Partners began with two brothers who shared a vision: to make homeownership more accessible and rewarding for clients from all walks of life. With a foundation in the mortgage and finance industry spanning over two decades, they combined their expertise to create a company centred on trust, integrity, and personalised service. Motivated by their own experiences navigating complex financial landscapes, they set out to build a mortgage brokerage that would simplify the journey for professionals needing their own professional mortgage advice. Today, Rosh Partners stands as a testament to their dedication, providing tailored mortgage solutions and unwavering support to clients with distinctive needs and dreams.

Our Team

Alan Harrosh

B. Com, FPC (UK), DFS (FBMM), FBAA

Alan is a director and co-founder of Rosh Partners. Following completion of his degree, Alan relocated to London and gained post-graduate qualifications in Financial Planning. The next few years were spent working as a Financial Advisor in London's financial district.  

  • Alan returned to Australia knowing his passion was in property and finance. He decided to focus solely on mortgage broking, gaining his experience with two Melbourne broking firms. By 2005, Alan had built a loyal client base and setup his first company, More Rosh & Waters.

    In 2014, after more than a decade of success and industry recognition, Alan and Mark created Rosh Partners.

    As well as the ongoing development of Rosh Partners, Alan maintains a 'hands on' grip on the mortgage and finance industry, placing him at the top of the list when it comes to experience, knowledge and expertise.  

    A devoted father to Harry and Lily, Alan brings the same dedication he has for his family to his professional relationships. Outside of work, he’s passionate about music and can often be found playing the drums, a creative outlet that fuels his focus and drive. Alan’s unique blend of personal and professional values shapes his approach to helping clients reach their financial goals.

Mark Harrosh

DFS (FBMM), FBAA

Mark is a director and co-founder of Rosh Partners. Mark has 19 years’ experience in finance and mortgage broking. Over this time, Mark has dealt with a wide range of lending scenarios and prides himself on striving to get the best possible outcome for his clients.

  • Mark is an astute property investor himself and loves helping others realise their goals of owning property. Whether it be to purchase a first home, purchase an investment property or to refinance or restructure a current mortgage, you can rest assured that Mark will find the best solution no matter what the situation may be.

    A devoted husband and father, Mark also loves football, golf, red wine and going to Melbourne City Football Club matches with friends and family. Mark’s #1 goal is to get at 5-star review from all of his clients by making every borrowing experience as smooth as possible and continuing to provide exceptional on-going service.

    Mark holds a Diploma in Finance Broking & Mortgage Management and has a more than a decade of experience in originating complex finance scenarios, specialising in SMSF loans.

Campbell Morrow

DFS (FBMM), FBAA

With over 18 months of experience as a mortgage broker, Campbell brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients and the team at Rosh Partners. Before transitioning to mortgage broking, Campbell spent 7 years at Bank of Queensland where, he specialised in servicing self-employed and commercial

  • clients,. His deep understanding of intricate financial structures has proven instrumental in helping his clients achieve outcomes that might have otherwise seemed unattainable

    Campbell continues to delight in assisting clients with all aspects of property ownership, whether it’s guiding first-time buyers through the process, supporting those seeking to upsize, or assisting individuals navigating the complexities of downsizing. His extensive experience and unwavering dedication ensure that each client receives tailored solutions that cater to their unique needs.

    Outside of work, Campbell is an avid outdoorsman, passionate about surfing, fishing, and camping. He cherishes spending quality time with his partner, Lucy, and their spirited long-haired Jack Russell, Cooper.text goes here
